Those of you who are familiar with Bump games will know that kids LOVE to Bump! You will also know that Bump games are easy to teach and can be incorporated into your classroom in a variety of ways; for example, as a math center activity, an activity for fast finishers or a fun alternative to traditional homework.
Bump games get students thinking and applying their math skills without even knowing it. They will be having so much fun trying to ‘bump’ each other that they won’t even notice they are practicing math facts!
Check out these FREE Bump games that will give your students loads of practice with addition, subtraction, multiplication and division facts.
Each set contains two different Bump games. Two versions of each game sheet are included: a color version and a black and white version. The color version can be printed to make a bright and appealing game sheet. The black and white version is provided as an economical way to print the game sheets.
Free Addition Bump Games
Includes two Addition Bump Games:
- Owl Friends Bump – players roll 2 dice, add them together and then add one more.
- 20 Frogs Bump – players roll 2 dice, add them together and then calculate how much more is needed to make 20.
Free Subtraction Bump Games
Includes two Subtraction Bump Games-
- Take from 13 Bump – players roll 2 dice, add them together then subtract the total from 13.
- Robot Bump – players roll 2 dice and then find an equation that has the same answer as the total of the dice.
Free Multiplication Bump Games
Includes two Multiplication Bump Games-
- Seven Sharks Bump – for multiplying 1-10 by 7
- Monster Bump – for multiplying 2-12 by 3
